This is my mum. These are just some of the photos from a larger collection that my brother and I are lucky to have in our possession. During the 60’s and 70’s our dad worked as a professional photographer so he took lots of photos using our mum as his muse. Now that our mum’s gone these photos are priceless.
In this digital age we live in of smartphones and social media, everyone is a photographer and selfies are the norm. We take photos of our kids, our friends, our pets and even our food then share the photos to social media for all our loved ones to see.
But one thing is pretty universal - the taker of the photo is rarely in the photo. In those precious family photos the one usually missing is mum and it’s often not by accident. And it’s not just mums that shy away, there are multitudes of ~Beautiful woman~ who are loved and cherished in so many ways, we may not always feel special but we should because we are amazing. I believe that we all deserve some beautiful photos of ourselves to represent our existence otherwise, did we even exist?

Harsh but true!
Let me tell you, you will never look as young as you do today. You are gorgeous, you are unique and you are loved. Avoiding the camera now will only leave you with regret in years to come. You’ll wish you’d been in those photos and, more importantly, so will everyone else.
And that’s where I come in. I want to take your photo and celebrate who you are now. Your true beautiful self. I want your family to have something to treasure, I want your future children to have something to treasure, I want you to have something to look back on and be proud of. We’ll do this as a team, we’ll plan your shoot and make it amazing. We’ll find the perfect location, you’ll wear something that makes you feel fab, we’ll arrange hair and makeup (or not if that’s not you) but one thing is for sure, I promise you will feel your absolute best. Then we’ll walk and talk, and laugh and chat, and before you know it our shoot will be done and you’ll see how gorgeous you really are.
